A wedding day depends on timing. The couple has to be at the ceremony, the photographer has to catch the light, and the guests need to reach a venue that is often outside the city. Wedding car rental in Barcelona with a chauffeur is the simplest way to make those moves predictable: a car and driver booked for the hours you need, and a vehicle for the guests where the venue is hard to reach.
Wedding car rental in Barcelona: what I offer
The service is a Mercedes with a professional driver, booked by the hour. Choose a premium car for the couple, a larger vehicle for the wedding party, or both.
- For the couple. The E-Class or the S-Class, each up to three passengers.
- For the family and wedding party. The V-Class carries up to seven.
- For guests. The Sprinter (up to 16), the minibus (up to 33) and the coach (up to 60).
My fleet does not include vintage or classic cars. If you want one for the photographs, book it separately and use my vehicles for the rest of the day.
Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Hire has a 6-hour minimum per day, with no maximum, and extra hours at the hourly rate.

The S-Class is booked by the hour only. Anything outside the table, such as a venue far from Barcelona or a booking over several days, is quoted on request. The full table is on the prices page.
Planning the wedding day
Before the ceremony
Decide where the couple and the family are starting from: a hotel, a family home or a venue. Send me the addresses and the ceremony time, and I plan the leave-by time with you. Leave a buffer; on a wedding day, early is better than late.
Between the ceremony and the reception
Many weddings move between a church or civil venue and a reception elsewhere. The driver stays at your disposal during that gap, so the car is outside when you are ready. Photographers often ask for a stop on the way; tell me and I include it in the plan.
Guests and venues outside the city
Venues in the Barcelona area are often farm houses, castles or coastal estates. They are not always on a bus line, and late-night taxis are unpredictable. A Sprinter, minibus or coach on hourly hire can run a shuttle from the hotel to the venue and back. Send the venue and finish time, and I propose the number of vehicles. The end of the evening
Agree a final pick-up time and place. Tell me if it might change. Hourly hire covers an overrun at the rate for your vehicle.
Choosing the right vehicle
- E-Class. Classic for the couple and a small party.
- S-Class. More rear space and a more formal presence.
- V-Class. A family group of up to seven, with room for a dress.

Questions couples ask
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as the date and venue are fixed. Popular dates fill, and vehicles are confirmed in the order bookings arrive. A quote is free of obligation, so you can ask early.
Can the driver dress for the occasion?
Tell me the dress code of the wedding in the form, and I plan the driver’s attire to match it.
What if the schedule changes on the day?
The hire is by the hour and the driver is at your disposal, so a delay at the ceremony or a late photographer does not break the plan. If the day runs longer, extra hours are charged at the hourly rate.
Can I decorate the car?
Ask when you book. Simple decoration is a matter of agreeing it beforehand, and I confirm what is possible for the vehicle you choose.
Other events
