This page is the reference for my chauffeur service prices in Barcelona. The figures below are the ones I use, in euros, with VAT included. If your trip is not in the table, I quote it on request: you never get a rough range, always a confirmed price.
How the pricing works
There are two kinds of price:
- Fixed transfers for the routes people book most: the airport, Sitges, Montserrat, Girona, PortAventura and Andorra.
- Hourly hire, where the car and the driver are at your disposal for the hours you book. The minimum is 6 hours per day and there is no maximum.
Anything that does not fit these two, such as a trip to another city, a several-day booking or a special event, is quoted on request. I do not publish estimates for those, because the right figure depends on the route and the dates.

The S-Class is not in the transfer table, because it is booked by the hour only.

For a day longer than 8 hours, I add the extra hours at the rate in the last row.
Chauffeur service prices at Barcelona airport
Searches for chauffeur prices at the airport are the most common. The price between El Prat and Barcelona is €80 in the E-Class or V-Class, €200 in the Sprinter and €320 in the minibus or the coach. Private driver price and chauffeur cost
If you are comparing a private driver with a taxi or other services, the main difference is what is fixed before you travel. With me the price is agreed first, and you see the vehicle size and the hours. The private driver in Barcelona page explains how a normal booking runs. I do not publish a comparison with other companies, because their prices change and I do not have a source I could cite.
Which vehicle for which group
- Up to 3 passengers: Mercedes E-Class, or the S-Class for hourly hire.
- Up to 7 passengers: Mercedes V-Class.
- Up to 16 passengers: Sprinter van with a driver.
- Up to 33 passengers: minibus with a driver.
- Up to 60 passengers: coach hire.
Examples of how to read the tables
A couple landing at the airport. One E-Class, one transfer: the airport row, E-Class column, €80.
A family of five for a day in Sitges. The V-Class takes up to 7. The fixed transfer to Sitges is €135, and if the driver stays with you for the day, hourly hire applies instead: the 6-hour row for the V-Class, €470.
A team of twelve at a conference. The Sprinter takes up to 16. A day at your disposal is the 6-hour or 8-hour row, €610 or €785, depending on how long the programme runs.
A wedding party of thirty. The minibus takes up to 33. The hourly rows for the minibus are €685 for 6 hours and €900 for 8 hours, and extra hours are €110.
A trip that is not in the tables, such as Valencia, Madrid or the south of France. Write to me with the date and the places, and I quote it. Those routes are on the pages for Valencia and Madrid.
Questions people ask about chauffeur cost
Is it cheaper to book a transfer or hourly hire? For a single trip on a fixed route, the transfer is simpler. For a day with several stops, hourly hire usually works out better, because the driver waits.
Why is there a 6-hour minimum? The car and the driver are reserved for you for the day, and the minimum reflects that. For a short ride, the fixed airport transfer is the better option.
What changes the price? The vehicle, the number of hours and the route. The date and the time of day do not change the fixed prices on this page.
Can I pay by invoice for a company booking? Mention it in the form. I answer payment questions in the quote reply.
What the price includes
The price covers the vehicle, the professional driver and VAT. Hours beyond the booked block are charged at the hourly rate. I do not add a fuel supplement or a booking fee to the figures on this page. If something specific applies to your trip, I mention it in the quote before you confirm.
How to get a quote

- Add the number of passengers and bags.
- I reply by e-mail or WhatsApp with the confirmed price, from the tables above or as a custom quote if the route is not listed.
