When an executive lands in Barcelona, the transport has one job: be there, be on time and be forgotten about. Executive transport in Barcelona is a simple product from me, with a short fleet, clear prices and one person who answers.
Executive transport Barcelona: the fleet
The vehicles are Mercedes. They differ in seats, and the choice is mostly about how many people travel.

For a single executive, my advice is the E-Class unless the occasion calls for the S-Class. For two executives with bags or a small team, the V-Class gives more space at the same hourly price as the E-Class.
Prices for executive car service
All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Airport transfer between El Prat and Barcelona: €80 in the E-Class or V-Class, €200 in the Sprinter, €320 in the minibus or coach. The S-Class is not priced for the airport, because it is hourly only.

How executives use the service
The same vehicle does several jobs in one trip. A typical visit looks like this:
- Arrival. The airport transfer to the hotel.
- Meeting days. A driver at your disposal between the hotel, the office and the restaurants. The car waits, and the briefcase stays on the seat.
- A day trip. A visit to a plant or a client outside the city. Routes to Girona, Sitges or Valencia are quoted on request.
- Departure. The reverse airport transfer, with a margin for traffic.

Luxury transport on short notice
Executives often change plans late. I answer requests through the form and WhatsApp, and I confirm availability as soon as I have the date and the pick-up. I do not promise an instant response outside the hours I am working, and I do not quote what I cannot confirm. If a change affects the booking, such as a delayed flight, tell me and I adjust the pick-up time.
Planning the route
For city trips I plan the route around meeting times and the hotel. Barcelona has restricted streets in the old town, so some drop-offs are a short walk away. Executive transport compared with a taxi or an app
People who search for luxury taxis or transfer companies are usually comparing three things: price certainty, vehicle and who is behind the wheel. A taxi is metered. An app price can change with demand. My airport prices are fixed in advance, and my hourly prices are in the table, so the cost is known before you travel. The vehicle is a Mercedes from the fleet above. I do not make claims about other companies’ prices.
Hospitality and discretion
Executive guests value quiet. The driver does not discuss your journey or your calls, and I do not share your details outside the booking. I do not publish client names.
Executive transport for visiting teams
A visiting team brings a different problem from a single executive: people arrive on different flights, leave for different meetings and still need to be in the same place for dinner. The practical answer is to split the work between vehicles, not to hire the largest one.
- A senior guest takes the E-Class or S-Class for the direct route.
- The rest of the team shares a V-Class or a Sprinter, which seats up to 16.
- Both vehicles meet at the dinner venue and return together.

What I need from you
An accurate quote takes four facts: the date, the pick-up address, the destination or the hours, and the number of people with luggage. With those I can say which vehicle fits and what it costs. If the plan is still open, give me the time window and I propose the route. Changes before the day are free of charge in the sense that I do not add a fee; the price changes only if the hours change.
Alternatives for different needs
