If you are searching for coach hire in Barcelona, you are probably planning for a group where seats and luggage decide everything. I offer one coach with up to 60 passengers and one minibus with up to 33, both with a driver, and I keep the price list short.

All figures are in euros and include VAT.

The coach and the minibus have the same price, so the question is only how many seats you need. Take the minibus if the group is 33 or fewer and the coach if it is larger, up to 60. Anything outside these rows, such as another town, another date or several days, is quoted on request.
Choosing between coach, minibus and Sprinter
The simplest rule I use:
- Up to 7 people: the V-Class is enough and is the cheapest for a small group.
- 8 to 16 people: the Sprinter van with a driver.
- 17 to 33 people: the minibus.
- 34 to 60 people: the coach.
Luggage changes this. A group of 30 that arrives with large suitcases from a cruise or a congress may need the coach even though the seat count fits the minibus. Tell me the bags in the form and I advise.
Bus hire with a driver for the airport
A coach is the practical answer when a team, a school party or a congress delegation lands together. The coach fare between El Prat and Barcelona is €320. Read the airport transfer page for the route and how I plan the pick-up, and check Aena for terminal and flight information.

Coach charter for the day
For a full day with a group, I price the coach as a driver at your disposal: €685 for 6 hours, €900 for 8 hours, then €110 per hour. Typical uses:
- A group tour with a fixed programme, such as Montserrat or a Penedès wine day.
- A corporate day with several stops and a return to the hotel.
- Transfers between a venue, a dinner and the hotels during an event. See corporate event chauffeur.
I work out the route with you before the day. Roads and tolls are my concern, not yours, and the plan fits the hours you book.
Private coach hire outside Barcelona
Day trips and one-way routes to other towns are not in the fixed table. I quote them on request, using the route and the hours. Who books a coach from me
The groups that usually ask for a coach fall into a few types, and each has its own logistics.
Corporate and congress groups. The aim is to move a delegation between the airport, the hotels and the venue on time. I agree the schedule with the organiser, and the coach waits between legs when the hire is by the hour. Cruise passengers. A coach can collect a group from the port and drive it to the airport or to a sightseeing day. See the page on the cruise port transfer.
Weddings and family events. Guests who sleep in different hotels are easier to move in one vehicle. See weddings.
School, sport and club groups. The key is seats and luggage, such as kit bags and instruments. Tell me what travels with the group.
Coach or several smaller vehicles
Sometimes two smaller vehicles are better than one coach. A group of 40 split across two hotels in different districts can go faster in two minibuses than in one coach that stops twice. A group that must stay together for a speech or a tour guide is better in one vehicle. I give my view when I see the plan, and you decide.
The other factor is parking and access. Narrow streets in the old town and some venue entrances do not take a 60-seat coach, so I plan drop-off points that the coach can reach, and arrange a short walk or a smaller vehicle for the last stretch. Luxury coach hire and comfort
People often add words like luxury or private to the search. In practice the choice is between the coach and the minibus, both with a driver, and the comfort comes from the planning: a clear pick-up point, enough seats for everyone and luggage space. I do not list equipment such as screens or onboard services, because I only state what I can confirm for your booking. If you need a specific feature, such as space for a wheelchair, ask in the form and I tell you honestly what is possible.
What to tell me before I quote
A coach quote is faster when I have the following:
- Date and start time.
- Pick-up address and the final stop.
- Number of passengers and the amount of luggage.
- Whether you need the vehicle for a day or only a transfer.
