People who search for limousine hire in Barcelona want one of two things: a stretch limo for a party, or a premium car with a driver for an important occasion. I offer the second. Here is exactly what that means, and what it costs.
Limousine hire Barcelona: what I offer
My top vehicle is the Mercedes S-Class with a professional driver. It seats up to 3 passengers and is the car I recommend when the occasion is formal: a wedding, a client dinner, an arrival where first impressions count. It is not a stretch limousine, and I do not offer one.
If you need more seats than an S-Class gives, there are two good alternatives from the same fleet. The V-Class takes up to 7 and has the space for luggage and for a group to sit facing each other. The Sprinter takes up to 16.
Prices
The S-Class is booked by the hour only, with a 6-hour minimum per day and no maximum. Prices are in euros and include VAT.

Limo service for weddings
Weddings are the most common reason for a limousine request. A wedding day usually has several legs: the groom’s or bride’s preparation, the ceremony, photographs, the venue and the departure. Booking by the hour covers them all, because the car stays with you and the driver follows the timetable. Read the page on weddings in Barcelona for how I plan the day.
For other celebrations, such as an anniversary dinner or a night out, the same hourly booking works. The 6-hour minimum applies, which is long enough for a dinner, a show and the return.
Luxury car hire with a driver for business
Executives choose the S-Class for the quiet ride and the space in the back. It works for a single director or a pair of guests who need to talk. For the full range of business use, see executive transport and the S-Class page. For everyday business travel, the E-Class costs less per hour.
Limousine hire from the airport
Because the S-Class is hourly only, an airport pick-up in it is booked as hours at your disposal. If the airport run is all you need, the fixed transfer is simpler: €80 in the E-Class or V-Class between El Prat and Barcelona. See the airport transfer page. Which vehicle is right for you
My short guide:
- A couple for a dinner or a wedding: S-Class.
- A business guest: E-Class, or S-Class for a formal occasion.
- A family or four friends with bags: V-Class.
- A bridal party or a company team: Sprinter.
- A larger wedding or event group: minibus or coach.
Limo service ideas that fit the S-Class
Some uses I see more often than others, with a note on how I would plan each.
A formal arrival. The car waits at the airport or the station, and the driver takes you to the hotel. If the arrival is only a transfer, the fixed airport price in the E-Class or V-Class is the better value. If you want the S-Class, it is booked as hours.
A dinner at a restaurant with a long evening. Pick-up at the hotel, a drive to the restaurant, a wait and the return. Six hours is the minimum, and most evenings fit well inside it.
A day in the countryside. A visit to a winery, a monastery or a coastal town. The pages on Montserrat and the Penedès wine tour show the distances. Add the hours of driving to the hours of the visit.
A corporate gift or a VIP guest. For companies that want to offer a quality ride to an important guest, I can arrange the booking in your name and send the details to the guest.
Alternatives to a limousine
If you want a special arrival without the S-Class price, the E-Class with a driver gives you the same professional service at €470 for 6 hours, and the V-Class gives you room for up to 7. For party groups, I do not offer a party bus or a stretch limousine, and I prefer to say so than to promise a vehicle that does not exist in my fleet.
What the driver does
The driver opens the doors, handles the luggage and keeps to the schedule you give. He or she does not stop for other passengers or take other jobs during your hire. I do not make claims about extras such as drinks or entertainment, because they are not part of the standard booking. If you want something specific, mention it in the form and I tell you honestly whether it is possible.

Send me the occasion, the number of guests and any fixed times, such as a ceremony or a reservation. I then tell you whether the S-Class is the right vehicle or whether the V-Class would suit the group better.
