These terms and conditions apply to bookings made through the Chauffeur Service Barcelona website. I run the service as an owner-operator, so “I” in this text means the business you are booking with. They are meant to be read in a few minutes and to say plainly what you can expect before you send a request.
Terms and conditions: scope of the service
I provide private chauffeur transport in Barcelona and the surrounding region: airport transfers, transfers to other towns, hire by the hour with a driver at your disposal, and transport for events and groups. Every booking is made with a driver. Nothing on this website is a self-drive hire.
Vehicles
The fleet consists of the following vehicles, with the maximum number of passengers for each:

The number of passengers on a booking must not exceed the seats of the vehicle. If your group is larger, tell me when you request the quote and I suggest a larger vehicle.
Prices
All prices on this website are in euros and include VAT. The fixed prices are published in the price table. Anything that is not in the table, such as other destinations, other dates, several days or events, is quoted on request. A quote is based on the details you send: date, time, addresses, number of passengers and the vehicle you choose.
A price that you receive in writing for your trip applies to that trip, as described in the quote. If the details of the trip change, tell me, and I confirm in writing whether the price changes.
Hire by the hour
Hire by the hour has a 6-hour minimum per day, with no maximum. Extra hours are charged at the hourly rate for the vehicle shown in the price table. The Mercedes S-Class is booked by the hour only. You can read how this works in practice on the chauffeur by the hour page.
How a booking is made
- You send a request through the form on this website or through the contact page, with the date, time, addresses, number of passengers and bags.
- I reply by e-mail or WhatsApp with the vehicle and the price, VAT included.
- The booking is made once you confirm the quote.
A request sent through the form is not a booking until it has been quoted and confirmed.
Changes to a booking
If your flight, schedule or group size changes, tell me as soon as you know, using the same e-mail or WhatsApp conversation as the quote. I confirm in writing any change to the time, the route or the price. Arrangements for payment and for cancellations are stated in the written confirmation of each booking.

I take care to keep the content of this website accurate, but distances and driving times are free-flow estimates and real journeys depend on traffic. Information about other organisations, such as airports, ports and attractions, comes from their official websites, and you should check those for current details. Links to those sites are provided for convenience; examples are Barcelona airport (Aena) and the Port of Barcelona.
